So friendly and professional they have 40 year’s of experience and Romi made me feel at ease and this was paramount to me as I have issues with going out and being judged on my ill fitting dentures. My first corrective surgery was when I was 11 but no dentist or dental hospital has been able to achieve what these guys have. After 39 years, I have finally got rid of my very lopsided smile. The staff are just as amazing and friendly. Having a deep fear of dentists and due to this losing some teeth they made me feel at ease. Romi has a calming effect on you and explained all options available. Upon entering the practice I was welcomed with a smile and made to feel at ease. Both receptionists were very polite and helpful. My surgeon was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable in his field, he explained my treatment every step of the way under very difficult conditions due to covid, all precautions were observed and all PPE was worn by the surgeon and his nurses who also did an excellent job assisting and putting me at ease.
